How Hot is Land in Medina County?

Between 2006 and 2013 (8 years), only 2 land transfer show, according to our research on Xceligent. And between 2014-2015 (2 years) 34 land transactions appear. No doubt we saw the affects of the recession but in the last 2 years land has been on fire.  We have seen car dealerships, hotels, industrial buildings, and housing developments all spring up so  watch for more “coming soon” signs! What does the future hold? No one really knows for sure, but buyer confidence has returned, along with a more favorable lending climate. Medina County is perfectly situated with great highway access, excellent school systems, solid housing stock, and an excellent workforce.
